- Certified and notarized copy of the applicant’s university degree/diploma and authenticated by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission
- Diplomas obtained from academic institutions outside the United States have to be certified by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission and the Saudi Arabian Embassy in the concerned country.
- 3 copies of medical report with all lab results, which is issued by a licensed physician stating the applicant is free from all contagious diseases. The medical report should have the license number and address of the Physician and must not be no more than three months past the date of issuance.
- Police report, which is issued 6 months before the date of application, detailing applicant’s criminal record, if any.
